I was born in Baltimore City, Maryland and was raised in Pikesville, Maryland.

I grew up with my daddy, who ran a pest removal business. Watching and helping my dad with his company definitely influenced my interest in the industry.

My favorite activities and activities include fishing, kayaking, and spending quality time with my family.

She now works as a midwife, however continues to work as a bookkeeper for On the Fly Pest Control Solutions.

Business Vision & Philosophy (develop empathy with your client) What are your objectives with the business, why do you delight in doing what you do, possibly a story of your sacrifice & simple starts that have brought your business to where it is now.

I started On the Fly Wildlife Removal Solutions with an enthusiasm for serving others, and the belief that people are a lot more than a dollar figure. I wanted to develop a trusted business that could provide customers with safe and sustainable options. It was essential to me that On the Fly Wildlife Removal might help clients to resolve the source of their pest and rodent concerns, rather than the signs.

I started the company as a home-based business in 2014. Since then, the company has actually grown substantially. We have a group of 4 Pest control professionals, four Wildlife extermination operators, and 3 administrative workplace staff.

Our investment in our clients and workers has assisted On the Fly Wildlife Removal to become a top-rated organization with entities like the Better Business Bureau, Angie’s List, and Google.

What life difficulty have you faced that has defined who you are?

I matured with 13 brother or sisters in a low earnings, single-parent household in Baltimore, Maryland. My family dealt with numerous challenges that came along with raising a big family with really little resources. Those experiences taught me the value of difficult work and strength.

Inform me about a time when you have actually dealt with something difficult on the job and what you did to conquer it. (If no instances, inform me about your favorite task performed in the previous or both!).

In the early phases of the business, On the Fly Pest Control was hired to deal with numerous structures along a 170-acre plot of land. The structures, which were constructed in the 1950’s, were completely plagued with rodents. The old nature of the buildings made the rodents extremely challenging to control. The company had actually not yet worked with extra pest specialists, so I dealt with the property on my own. The job needed long days, and some late nights away from my family. I worked diligently to carry out seal up an exclusion services up until every structure was successfully protected.

Company Timeline (beginning, collaborations, location changes, addition of technicians, expansion and so on).

On the Fly Pest Control started as a home-based service in the late summertime of 2014. My wife and I responded to phones and arranged customers while I worked as the business’s only field service technician. At the time, the majority of our ad occurred through word-of-mouth, however we had actually also established partnerships with regional advertisers as we as lead generators like Angie’s List and Home Advisor. In the summer season of 2015, On the Fly Wildlife Removal hired its first seasonal Customer Service Representative. By the end of that year, that Customer Service Representative was hired as the company’s first full-time staff member. By the end of 2016, the company had actually employed a 2nd full-time pest removal specialist and another full-time workplace personnel. The company continued to grow and broaden through the summer of 2018 when the company transitioned from an office to our existing head office at 5 Church Lane in Pikesville, Maryland

When did you get involved in the industry and what is the story of how you got going doing this expertly.

My dad’s pest removal service really catapulted me into the industry. He had been practicing pest control because well before nationwide and state laws placed guidelines on pesticide application. Back then, service technicians worked with extremely little security tools, gloves, or respirators. So, my preliminary apprenticeship under my dad occurred under some possibly harmful conditions. By the time I chose to start my own pest control business, I had grown more thinking about finding out how to practice pest control in a more secure, more efficient method.

I am permitted through the Maryland Department. of Agriculture in structural pest extermination, termite removal, rodent extermination, and public health and mosquito removal. I also hold a Wildlife Damage control Permit through the Maryland Dept of Natural Resources .
